Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Ollantaytambo

We pick you up from the airport or any location you specify and take you to our hotel in Ollantaytambo. Located at a lower altitude than Cusco, it’s the perfect place to acclimatize and avoid altitude sickness.

Day 2: Inca City Tour – Ollantaytambo

Explore the historic Inca town of Ollantaytambo, its impressive archaeological site, and cobblestone streets filled with history and living culture.

Day 3: Trekking to Inti Punku or Pumamarca

  • Inti Punku (Sun Gate): Challenging 8 km hike (3–5 hours up) with incredible panoramic views and ancient Inca structures.
  • Pumamarca: A gentler but longer route (21 km round-trip) through lush terraces and Inca storage sites.

Day 4: MTB Adventure to the Jungle

Depart by vehicle to Abra Málaga and begin a thrilling 60 km downhill bike descent through cloud forest and jungle until reaching Huamanmarca.

Day 5: Santa Teresa – Hidroelectrica – Machu Picchu Town

  • Morning Zipline adventure (optional) or relaxing morning at the lodge.
  • Lunch at Hidroelectrica and 2–3 hour hike to Machu Picchu Pueblo (or train available).

Enjoy spectacular views along the Vilcanota River and get ready for the next day’s visit to Machu Picchu.

Day 6: Visit Machu Picchu

Early morning visit to the Inca citadel with your guide. Optional hikes to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain available with prior reservation. Return train to Ollantaytambo in the afternoon.

Day 7: Return to Cusco – Optional City Tour

We return to Cusco by private transport. If time allows, enjoy a short city tour to explore some of its cultural treasures.
